Notice on Undergraduates’ Textbook Settlement for 2025-2026 Academic Year

Dear all, The settlement of undergraduates’ textbooks for 2025-2026 Academic year is about to start. Students from ZJE/ZJUI (2022-2025) should confirm the textbook settlement information and pay the textbook fees by April 30th. Details are as follows: 1. Eligible Students Students from ZJE/ZJUI (2022-2025) 2. The Confirmation of Textbook Settlement Please login to the Textbook Management Platform- My Textbook to check personal textbook details by June 9th. 3. Textbook Settlement 3.1 The Refund of Textbook Processing Time: The remaining cost will be refunded to the personal bank account applied by Zhejiang University from May 11th. Bank Account Requirements: Please associate your bank card with your student ID before June 10th to ensure a successful refund. Please check the binding status of campus card through the "Zhejiang University Campus Card" app. If it displays as the personal bank account applied by ZJU, it means the binding is successful. If not, please follow the following process to bind the bank card (only the Chinese edition App support binding service): “中国银行手机银行(中文版)”-登陆-生活(定位改至“杭州”)-生活缴费-校园卡-浙大一卡通-绑定。 Special Case: If the bank refund is unsuccessful, the library will promptly notify the relevant students to process the refund.
