When the weather gets hotter, there are Bean Jelly with Chicken Skin, Ice Cold Tangyuan, Saponaria Seed Kernels in Sugar Water, Ice Cold Papaya in Sugar water and so on, do they sound very appetizing?
The social environment of the Song Dynasty, with its “hundred years of stability”, gave birth to a distinctive food culture. The Office of Campus Operations and Support is launching the “Song Dynasty Dishes Cooking Competition”, inviting you to have a try on Song dynasty dishes cooking.
Just invite your friends, search for the Song dynasty information, find a Song dynasty dish that interests you, and scan the code to register! You will have the chance to have your work reproduced and incorporated into the menu! All teachers and international students are welcome to join us to show off your cooking skills and to enjoy the Song Dynasty dishes!

Participation:
1. Contestants: Sign up as a team of no more than 5 people, submit the names of the dishes with ingredients and seasoning requirements, cook them on site, and finally the judges will score the winning team.
2. Audience: watch the competition, participate in interactive questions and answers, and enjoy the dishes.
