Instead, it turns to the inner life and meaning of the images themselves, which greatly enhanced the generality, implicitness and symbolism of the paintings. Artists in the Song Dynasty were good at depicting light and shadow with their paintings. They depicted objective affairs in a very fine way, giving people a strong visual impression. The simple simplicity of color, shape and texture is the aesthetic feature of the Song Dynasty -- white walls and black tiles, natural wood quality and light color of ink. Complete Song Dynasty Painting Edition by Zhejiang University Publisher, Zhejiang Cultural Relics Bureau and other units to undertake a comprehensive display of ancient Chinese painting art heyday tremendous achievements of large texts, is by far the most authoritative, the most complete song painting images and literature integration, a total of 8 sets, 32 volumes. It collected around 1500 pieces domestic or overseas painting products in the song dynasty, illustrated, the content of tuned poems and exquisite design, which reflects the latest achievements and highest achievement of ancient Chinese painting in the world publishing field, fills the gap in the history of China's song dynasty about painting assembly, creates a large cohort integration of Chinese painting history.
