The ‘Yunyue Reading’ Recommendation Service Is Now Available

In order to respond more promptly to readers' needs for new books and simplify the borrowing process of new books , the library is now offering ‘Yunyue Reading’ online recommendation service to students in the campus. ‘Yun Yue Reading’ is a new book delivery service platform launched by Zhejiang University Library. The platform provides one-stop service for book recommendation, ordering and borrowing. The readers recommend the new book from the ‘Yun Yue Reading’ platform, then receive the book by delivery before library purchase it, which greatly shorten the time for readers to borrow new Chinese books. i. Users: all students in the international campus ii. Books Available: Chinese new books published after 2017 iii. Borrowing Rules: enjoy 40 days of borrowing, books are cannot be renewed; each reader can borrow up to 3 books and can continue to borrow after returning; iv. Procedure: register and login online - order online – deliver and receive books - return to the Information Desk on the first floor of the library 1. [RESOURCE RECOMMENDATION] TRIAL ON Gale Scholar Database

Gale Scholar is a supportive project launched by Gale publishing group mainly targeting at 10 top universities in China. [Resource Recommendation] Trial on the British IET E-Books and Engineering Technology Reference Database

Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), formerly known as the British institute of electrical engineers IEE, is a century-old academic Institution, the second largest professional society in the world. IDL (IET Digital Library) is a full-text database published by IET, covering a variety of contents, including IET (formerly IEE) journals, electronic books, conference proceedings and seminars.
