AI is reshaping how we work and learn, but the real divide is not whether we use AI—it's whether we govern it. Scattered "shadow AI" can expose us to compliance, security, and reputational risks at any time; AI investment without governance only becomes an expensive bill. This lecture won't dwell on abstract AI ethics—it will embed AI governance into everyday workflows, so every bit of AI investment is visible, manageable, and accountable. From "usable" to "controllable and sustainable"—this step determines whether your AI is an asset or a liability.
