Introduction:
The spring of the 21st century shrouds itself in a mist of graceful transformations. Over the past 25 years, we have witnessed countless creations of the Muses—radically different from those of the past—thriving vigorously in this intricate and chaotic world. Films, animations, games, new literary paradigms… all have added prominent branches to the age-old enigma of "art".
Yet we still hesitate: are they genuine "art", or merely so-called imitators of "art"? In this session, let us brace ourselves and turn to those names unfamiliar to art critics—Control, Inscryption, Disco Elysium… With nostalgia rooted in classical art, let us use our own perceptions to capture the subtle pulse of our era, and peek into the lofty secrets of the human soul that connect the future and the past.
