Lecture Two: Cultivation of High-value Patent - From the Perspective of Achievement Transformation
This lecture will introduce the concept of high-value patents, and discuss the value and significance of cultivating high-value patents in universities from the perspective of transformation of scientific and technological achievements. The key points, difficulties and skills of high-value patent cultivation are introduced in detail based on relevant cases, especially how to balance the relationship between publishing high-level papers, layout of high-value patent portfolio and entrepreneurship, and make full use of patent layout to protect technological achievements and promote technology transfer.

Introduction: Associate Research Librarian, Master of Engineering. With rich experience in high-value patent layout and achievement transformation, he has obtained the patent agent qualification certificate and the Technology broker qualification of Zhejiang Province. He has passed the National Judicial examination and is one of the first batch of national patent information teachers of the State Intellectual Property Office.
