Notice Re the Migration of the Library Booking System to the Unified Booking System of International Campus

In order to meet the needs of teachers and students, the library booking system will be migrated to the unified booking system of International Campus, and the trial operation time will be one month.

 

After the migration, reservation process and rules will change slightly, but the reservation methods remain unchanged.

 

Changes in Reservation Process:

1) Changes of appointment interface: it is impossible to visually see the occupancy of each room, but it can be filtered according to the available time.

2) When inputting the invitees, please enter “last name, first name”, for example: Zhang, San, which is different from the Intl ID entered in the previous system.

3) Whether the appointment is approved or not, the user can cancel it.

 

Changes in Reservation Rules:

1) To promote the effective use of the group study room, the rule of a maximum of two appointments per person per day will be added.

2) Check-in and punishment will be cancelled.

 

Reservation Method:

1) PC: Enter the library website (lib.intl.zju.edu.cn) - using the Library - room booking.

2) Mobile: WeChat Official Account- Library - Room Booking.
