Optimizing the management of intellectual property and improving the strategic layout of intellectual property can better protect the high-quality development of intellectual property. This information literacy lecture will introduce the concept, significance, application path and specific process of overseas patent application, introduce how to carry out overseas patent layout in combination with relevant cases, and make use of existing database, patent pre-application evaluation, intellectual property analysis and evaluation to develop a more perfect patent layout plan.
