To enhance the general education in our campus and improve students’ spiritual life, Center for Academic Affairs held WeiXue General Education Serices (1st episode) with Library & Information Center in library book bar on Dec. 12th.
We have shown American national treasure “Singin’ in the Rain”，with the help of Mr. Jiang from Center for Academic Affairs who has offered some chapters of the classic film as assistant reading material.
Participants were watching the film
After watching, participants discussed the film from some aspects like sound film, the characteristic of musical film and Hollywood’s film-making. Students shows great interest in the event. They can not only enjoy classic films, but also share their feelings and communicate with each other. And they would like to participate in similar events.
