Notice Re the Application of the Multimedia Team

To promote the creativity of teachers and students on the campus and to meet their needs of multimedia production, the Multimedia Studio on the third floor of the library is officially open to the multimedia production teams on the campus. The team application notice is as follows: ⅰ. Introduction of the Studio The Multimedia Studio in Room 316 on the third floor of the library is divided into a production and discussion zone. The production zone is equipped with five iMACs of a set of ADOBE software, and height-adjusted tables and chairs. See Appendix I for the space layout. ⅱ. Requests for Application The use of Multimedia Studio should be applied by teams. The team should focus on multimedia production such as videos and graphic design. Teams whose production reflect the good spirits of teachers and students and the development of disciplines on the campus will be given priority. We encourage students of different majors and grades to make teams and stimulate innovation in the group. ⅲ. Precautions for Application The team application form (see Appendix II) shall be submitted, and your team can use the Multimedia Studio only after selection. The number of team members shall not be less than 3. A maximum of one month for an application period. If you need to finish in advance, please contact the library three days in advance. After finishing your teamwork, please submit the teamwork results summary form within one week. (See Appendix III) ⅳ. Procedure of Application You should fill in the team application form before March 22nd and send it to library@intl.zju.edu.cn, the email is named with Team Name + Leader Name + Multimedia Production Team Application". We will complete team selection before March 25th. The team officially settled after March 29th. ⅴ. Notice on the Trial Opening of The CCERDATA

The CCERDATA is divided into three major sections: the Standard Database, the Special System Platform, and the Belt and Road Special Database. The CCER standard database covers China's macro and micro market economic and financial data. It is divided into 16 sections, including capital market, money market, industry data, futures data, warrants data, macro data, Hong Kong stock data, Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Exchange data and New Third Board data. The special data system platform integrates China industrial enterprise data, China industrial enterprise pollution emission data, China customs data and China patent data into one enterprise micro data query system, which enables cross-database search between different types of data. The Belt and Road Database contains four sections:"Country Profile", "Data Services", "News and Information" and "Policy Environment ". It covers data and information on 72 countries along the Belt and Road and 133 countries that are key trade partners of the Belt and Road strategy. Note: 1. Only part of the data is available during the trial period. 2. Notice on the Official Launch of The Science Reading

"Science Reading" is a digital platform for full-text book search, online browsing and downloading, which launched by Science Press. It contains most of the books published by Science Press, including many award-winning works over the past 60 years, classic books and textbooks in various disciplines, well-known expert works, and a series of key books. The "Science Reading" currently has a total of 62,000 electronic books published by Science Press since 1951, with nearly 3,000 titles updated every year, covering all first-level disciplines in five major categories: natural sciences, engineering and technical sciences, humanities and social sciences, medical sciences, and agricultural sciences. The types of literature include monographs, textbooks, books, reports, tools, etc. The library has ordered more than 58,000 titles from the platform with a publication year of 2020 and earlier, and has granted access to the rest of the titles for a period of one year (2023.2.1-2024.1.31).
