At the end of last semester, Dandelion Wine was voted as the book for the 2025 winter break. Notice on the Official Launch of WRDS Platform CRSP and Other Financial Databases

Starting from January 1, 2025, the Library has collaborated with the School of Economics to jointly subscribe to several important financial databases on the WRDS platform. Below are detailed introductions and access guidelines for the databases. I. CRSP Database Provided by the Center for Research in Security Prices (CRSP), the subscription includes the following two core databases: (1) CRSP 1925 US Stock Database Content: Covers stock prices and trading data of US-listed companies, including basic market indicators such as prices, trading volumes, and returns for common stocks on the NYSE, AMEX, and NASDAQ. Time Span: Data goes back to 1925 and is updated annually. (2) CRSP Survivor-Bias-Free US Mutual Funds Database Content: Contains comprehensive information on both active and inactive mutual funds, which is an essential foundation for mutual fund research and benchmarking.
