The Ovid search platform is provided by Ovid Technologies INC., which was founded in 1984 and acquired by Wolters Kluwer in November 1998, becoming a subsidiary of Kluwer. The platform provides users with a consistent search interface for bibliographic and abstract databases from many different sources. It contains more than 300 databases on humanities, social sciences, and science, including MEDLINE. All databases are connected through a CERNET dedicated line. The following items ordered by the library can be accessed on the Ovid search platform:  Books, which offers CABI e-books and reference books as well as LWW medical e-books.  Zhejiang University Full-text Journals (LWW Journals).  CAB Abstracts + Full Text is a collection of abstracts from more than 14,000 consecutive publications, scientific reports, books, conference papers, etc. published in more than 70 languages in more than 130 countries and regions around the world. Collection year: 1973-.  BIOSIS Previews（1994-2011）
