the China Real Estate Information Database is a comprehensive and specialized database developed by the National Information Center to support its research needs. Over 90% of the data comes from relevant government agencies. the China Real Estate Information Database includes annual and monthly macroeconomic and real estate data at the national, regional, and 297 prefecture-level city levels, dating back to 1952. The Real Estate Database consists of four sub-databases: real estate statistics, property transactions, land markets, and leading enterprises. It provides transaction monitoring data for domestic housing and land markets since 2007, as well as land acquisitions and sales data from major real estate developers. Note: During the trial period, only partial content is accessible.
