To better meet the needs of teaching and learning, two SHD scanners will be available in the library from 20th, March 2018. Specially designed for book scanning, it is more efficient than traditional scanners as both pages can be scanned at the same time without any damages. Numbers of scanned pages can be saved as an e-book, and words in each page can be easily transformed into text and be read aloud. If you want to try it, please go to the Self-service Zone in the 1st floor of library and the Service Desk in the 2rd floor, where instructions are now given for your reference：

1. According to Copyright Law, there is a limit of 10% for book scanning. The scanned files are only for research and study.
