Please use the database reasonably and do not use tools (including EndNote) to download the full text in bulk. If an IP is over-downloaded for 5 consecutive times, CNKI will close the access to the database for that IP on that day and unseal it in the morning of the next day.
CNKI off-campus unified identification access. If an individual account is overloaded, CNKI will close the access to the database of that account on that day and unseal it 24 hours later. Two kinds of cases will be blocked: 1)High frequency, the machine determines that the operation is not human; 2)The total amount is large, and a total of 200 articles are downloaded within 24 hours. If a total of 50 accounts are found to be maliciously downloaded within a week, the agency account will be blocked.

CNKI stands for National Knowledge Infrastructure. CNKI project was initiated by Tsinghua University and Tsinghua Tong fang, which was established in June 1999. Multiple databases can be retrieved on the CNKI retrieval platform, such as journal papers, doctoral theses, conference papers, newspapers, yearbooks, encyclopedias, patents, standards, etc., but only the databases ordered by the following libraries can download the full text, and the rest can only browse the abstract information:

China Academic Journals Network Publishing Database (full text number of years: 1915-) includes 10 albums. In addition, CNKI has allocated some journals to other databases, including higher education, basic education, party building, political newspaper and bulletin, literature and art, culture, popular science, and periodicals. These databases are not subscribed, so the journals contained in these databases cannot access the full text.

【If the full text cannot be downloaded when visiting CNKI】You can choose to get the full text from CNKI On-campus mirroring (data lag 1 year), or Weipu, Wanfang and other databases. The journals and dissertations collected by Weipu and Wan fang databases overlap with CNKI. For articles without full text, Weipu provides literature delivery function.
【CNKI IP-blocking rules due to overuse】
1. Single login exception rule
After a single login to download the abnormal, and when the document is downloaded again, the system prompts "Sorry, your operation is too frequent! Please log out and log in again."
After the single login and download is abnormal, and if the IP is not blocked, the user can login and download the literature again.
2. Rules about the same day when IP is blocked
A single IP login download exception is equal to or more than 5 times.
The number of times a single IP has reached the download limit after a single login is 2 or more. The blocked IP on that day can log in the system, but cannot download the literature. System prompts "because of the abnormal downloading behavior, today your IP has been prohibited by the system to continue to download, please try again tomorrow!"
If blocked IP was not into the blacklist in the same day, the system automatically lifts the ban the next day.
3. Enter the IP blacklist
In the last week, IP was banned twice, and the system will put the IP into the blacklist for a week.
The IP has been banned for 3 times in the last month, and the system will permanently put the IP on the blacklist.
The system prohibits the IP in the blacklist from login, and prompts "because of the abnormal downloading behavior, your IP has been blacklisted by the system!"
