To support teaching, research, and academic development at International Campus, Zhejiang University, the Library launched access to over 300,000 foreign e-books on the iResearch foreign e-book platform in August 2025 for a one-year subscription period. Following a comprehensive review of usage data, the Library proposes to acquire 197 titles. Details are provided in the attached iResearch Foreign-Language E-book Purchase List. This notice is published for public consultation; any comments should be directed to the Library within one week of its release.

The Library will continue the Evidence-Based Selection (EBS) procurement model this year, maintaining full access to the iResearch collection. All faculty and students are encouraged to make active use of this resource.
